One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personalised service provided by dedicated staff. Recruited from the local Tangalle area, the staff at Ocean’s Edge have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Sri Lankan hospitality.
- Villa manager
- Our manager (who lives offsite) is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. His job is to oversee and coordinate the staff and property and to assist guests during their stay. He is on call 24 hours a day.
- The villa’s private cook is trained in local and international cuisine and is in charge of the market shopping and preparation of all guest meals. The cook will happily prepare dishes from the villa’s suggestion menu, and will do his best to accommodate special requests and dietary requirements.
Our steward speaks English and is your main point of contact at the villa. He also takes on the role of butler, taking your food orders and serving meals.
The houseboys look after daily housekeeping and domestic duties.
